General Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

(i) Not Reloadable:

(il) Not Redeemable for cash;

(ill No activation fees or added service fees, or fees that reduce the value of the card over time;

(iv) Cannot be used to compensate consumers for unshipped merchandise instead of providing refunds;

(v) The funds never expire, unless required by law; and

(vi) Are be single-use and closed-loop (i.e., the Gift Card may only be used at oliveandco.shop for purchase of goods and no other merchant or company)
